WHAT WE DO

Colorado Web Design

Effective web design considers the functionality of the website as well as the user’s needs and preferences. Some of the key components include responsive design, which ensures that the website is optimized for different screen sizes, and usability, which refers to how easy it is for users to navigate and interact with the website.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, right?WRONG, that does not apply to websites

75% of consumers admit judging a company’s credibility based on the company’s website design. 57% of internet users say they won’t recommend a business with a poorly designed website on mobile.

IS WEBSITE DESIGN REALLY THAT IMPORTANT?

Your website is the foundational element that all of your marketing efforts (digital or otherwise) will be built upon. Even the most well thought out marketing plan can fail because of an ineffective website. That’s where Long Point Digital comes in. Our in-house web developers create all of our websites to not only look good, but to be high-performing marketing tools for your business. Our websites are designed for more than the aesthetic appeal, they’re designed to help your business grow and are built with marketing in mind.

As the world continues to move into a more digital space, websites are often the first touch point that many customers will have to your business. Ask yourself, what kind of a first impression do you want to give your potential customers or clients? Our job is to make sure you not only make a good first impression, but to help those impressions turn into leads, sales, and loyal customers.

WE BUILD IT, YOU OWN IT

Your website is like a living document that can continuously grow and adapt with your business. Like most living things, they require the occasional check-up and some maintenance to stay healthy. While our clients are welcome to manage their own hosting and maintain their websites if they choose, we do offer these services so that clients can continue focusing on their businesses.

Also, unlike many other web development companies, when you buy a website from us, you own it. We do not retain the rights, artwork, or property of the website. A word of advice, be wary of any company that does not wish to grant you full access or ownership of your website upon completion. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for businesses to have their websites held hostage or even deleted by a disgruntled agency or developer.

Once Long Point Digital has finished your website, this asset belongs to you and can be edited by you or your employees. Upon completion of each of our websites, our clients have the option to take part in a one-on-one training with one of our web developers. You’ll learn how to add, edit, and update your website text, images, links, and more! This is a valued service we offer our clients who want the ability to log into their website anytime they need to make a quick change. That being said, if our clients ever have a large or complex request for something they’re too busy to do, we’re always here to help.

THE BEST WEBSITES HAVE GOALS

Before we begin working on your website, we first ask, what is it that you want your website to do? Is the site meant to sell products through an online e-commerce store? Do you want the website to generate new leads for your business? Or are you wanting customers to have the ability to view your services and schedule an appointment? If you are serious about wanting to grow your business, your website needs to be more than just an online brochure. What good is it to direct customers to your website if all it has is a logo and a handful of images? We believe your website should function like your top salesperson that’s working for your business 24/7.
