The Account Manager’s role is to ensure the success of our client’s marketing campaigns and projects. This position is the primary liaison between our account strategists, production staff and clients. Communication with clients and team members is one of the primary roles of this position, so the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of personality types is essential.

Sales Support

The Account Manager is not a dedicated sales position, but is well integrated into the client acquisition and on-boarding process. The account manager will assist with handling of new leads, researching needs of prospects and the creation of sales proposals. Occasionally, the account manager will be expected to present proposals to prospective clients, so a very confident attitude is necessary.

Marketing Knowledge

The account manager must have strong understanding of advertising and marketing services in order to clearly communicate with their clients. Prior experience and education in marketing and advertising is highly desired.

The DDM will direct a team of marketing specialists and offer hands-on support in the various channels where needed.
